La Fleur 84 M2 (905 sq. ft.) apartment is available as a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. As a 1 bedroom apartment, it can accommodate a maximum of 4. In 2 BR configuration it can accommodate 6 (7 with 1 folding bed). Note: From June through September La Fleur is available in 2 bedroom configuration only.
La Fleur’s spacious en suite area has a sleeping area with a “king size” bed (for 2 people) and a “queen size” bed (for 2 people), living area with tv, dvd, free wifi access, sofa bed (for 2 people), arm chair, a second sofa, coffee table, credenza. A separate bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a folding bed if needed. Massive oak ceiling beams in the suite ad a sense of history and authenticity. La Fleur apartment is accessible by 2 flights of stairs (no elevator).
Combining the 2 apartments, Martinat – La Fleur 3 BR can accommodate a maximum of 9 persons.
Each apartment has central heat and air conditioning, a private bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, free wifi access, TV, and share a lovely terrace facing the medieval Tour des Fiefs, Sancerre’s famous tower dominating the town and the Loire river below. Note: This apartment is accessible by 2 flights of stairs (no elevator).

Remember: More than suites, Coeur de France apartments are fully-furnished deluxe apartments. All are completely private including bathroom and kitchens. All have complete kitchens including pots/pans, dishes, etc., linens (sheets and towels) are provided at no extra charge of course, hair dryers and so on. All have free wifi internet access. All have washer/dryer for laundry (except for Gabriel studio apartment).
