Tuition Fees

The following tuition fees are for “Resident students” (i.e, participants staying in Coeur de France accommodation) and therefore include the 150 euro per week (per participant), Resident Program Discount. 

“Can I arrange my own accommodation?” Yes, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation but please be aware that if you are not residing in Coeur de France accommodation, you are not a Resident student and will not qualify for any program discounts including the Resident Program Discount, multi week discounts or any other discounts. We provide these discounts as a courtesy to those participants who have chosen to stay with us!

• ALL Family Programs are also available as FAMILY COMBINATION courses which add 3 hours of private One to One tutoring for each family member. (See “Combination Class” below for price information.)

Options

Excursions and activities are completely optional. You may choose not to participate or select only those that interest you. You only pay for those that you do.

Payment

If registering LESS than 60 days before your class: After we have received your completed registration materials, we will contact you with the precise amount of your balance due. At that time we will ask you to pay the total amount due in full.

For “Resident Students” (students staying in Coeur de France accommodation): After we have received your completed registration materials, we will provide you with a price quote and payment link for 50% confirmation deposit. The balance of fees is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are registering less than 60 days prior to arrival, the total amount is due to confirm the program.

For Non Resident Students (students not staying in Coeur de France accommodation): Total amount is due to confirm the program.

We accept payment by credit card (Master card and Visa) via a secure online payment link directly to our bank.

Important Notes

All fees are in euros. All tuition fees quoted include the 150 euros per week (per student) Resident Student Tuition Discount for resident students (students residing in Coeur de France owned / managed accommodation) and multi week discount if applicable. You are of course welcome to obtain your own accommodation outside of Coeur de France, but be aware that only our resident students qualify for the 150 euros per week (per student) Resident Student Tuition Discount, multi week tuition discounts as well as seasonal and any other discounts. This is our way of saying “Merci” for staying with us!

Fees are subject to change without notice. All tuition fees are per person except for 2:1 Program which is for 2 people. Please add 105 euro books and materials fee per person for all programs.

Please bear in mind that there are no classes on the following French public holidays:

2020:
April 13, May 1, 8, 21, July 14, November 11. Coeur de France is closed for the holidays December 21 through January 1.

2021: April 5, May 13, July 14, November 1 & 11. Coeur de France is closed for the holidays December 20 through January 2.

Tuition fees are adjusted for private courses (One to One, Children’s One to One, 2:1).
