Named in honor heros of the 1573 Siege of Sancerre, the Martinat apartment is a historic addition to our properties.
This air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment is located just a 2 minute walk from school.
Large southern exposed living room windows overlook Sancerre’s historic Place du Connétable. The living room has beautiful exposed oak ceiling beams and wall-to-wall carpeting. A fully-equipped kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom complete the ensemble. The 1 bedroom has a large bed for 2 people. This apartment can sleep 3 (with 1 folding bed).
Combined with our La Fleur 2 bedroom apartment upstairs, the Martinat – La Fleur 3 BR can accommodate a maximum of 9 persons.
Each apartment has central heat and air conditioning, a private bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, free wifi access, TV, and share a lovely terrace facing the medieval Tour des Fiefs, Sancerre’s famous tower dominating the town and the Loire river below. Note: This apartment is accessible by 1 flight of stairs (no elevator).
