Balzac is a large and bright 1 bedroom apartment just a 1 minute walk from school.

Downstairs: Living room with exposed oak beam ceiling, big screen plasma television, dvd, sofa bed. Oak bar separates living room from the kitchen, dining area.

Upstairs: Bedroom with large bed, bathroom with tub/shower, washer and dryer for laundry. Free wifi throughout the apartment.

Max. number of persons: 3 (one large bed + sofa bed.)

Remember: More than suites, Coeur de France apartments are fully-furnished deluxe apartments. All are completely private including bathroom and kitchens.
